Scaling isn’t just about more parcels; it’s about the people and systems that keep every delivery experience consistent.  In 2026, V1 is expanding its teams to support 2M+ deliveries, strengthening warehouse and last‑mile operations, investing in training for premium service standards, and developing leaders who can guide sustainable scaling.  On the network side, new warehousing locations across the country, smarter warehouse management systems, continued fleet expansion, and tech-led route and capacity optimisation are already in motion.
